Incident Response & Site Documentation

Incident Response & Site Documentation

SkyArc provides aerial documentation for incidents, damage fields, search zones, and post-event reviews. We work alongside insurers, investigators, public agencies, and property owners to create a clean visual record tied to a precise time and location.

This can include thermal-assisted pet recovery within defined search boundaries when conditions allow.

What this service is for

  • Damage or impact scenes
  • Fire, flood, or storm aftermath
  • Insurance and claims documentation
  • Post-incident review by operations or legal teams
  • Private or community missing-pet thermal searches inside a defined search area

What you receive

  • Time-stamped aerial overviews of the affected area
  • Close-range visual imagery of relevant structures, vehicles, or features
  • Thermal imagery to highlight potential heat sources or areas of interest
  • Organized folders for incident zones, sectors, and reference points
  • A clear documentation package suitable for claims, reports, or internal review

Constraints and expectations

Thermal pet searches are best-effort missions, not guarantees. Results depend heavily on terrain, cover, recent activity, temperature, and how long the animal has been missing. SkyArc supports incident response and documentation, but life-safety emergencies always go to 911 first.

Metadata integrity

Every incident file retains its full chain of capture: EXIF timestamps, GPS coordinates, altitude, orientation, and matching flight logs.

Typical Deliverables

Deliverables vary by incident type and access, but can include:
– Time-stamped aerial imagery of the incident or damage area
– Clearly labeled overview and detail views
– File set aligned with flight logs and metadata intact
– Brief summary suitable for claims, reports, or after-action reviews
– Optional redacted version if outside sharing is required
